Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1115.204. Maturity of General Obligation Bonds

District general obligation bonds must mature not later than 40 years after their date of issuance. (Acts 65th Leg., R.S., Ch. 511, Sec. 7(c) (part).)
