Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1114.111. Contracts with Governmental Entities for Investigatory or Other Services

The board may contract with another political subdivision or a governmental agency for the district to provide investigatory or other services for the medical, hospital, or welfare needs of district inhabitants. (Acts 62nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 323, Sec. 6(a) (part).)
