Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1073.111. Contracts With Governmental Entities for Hospitalization and Treatment

(a) The board may contract with a county or municipality located outside the district's boundaries for the hospitalization of a sick or injured person of that county or municipality.

(b) The district may contract with this state or a federal agency for the hospital treatment of a sick or injured person. (Acts 61st Leg., R.S., Ch. 206, Sec. 5(c) (part).)
