Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1063.303. Election Date

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

An election under this subchapter shall be held on the earlier of the following dates that occurs at least 90 days after the date on which the election is ordered:

(1) the uniform election date in May; or

(2) the date of the general election for state and county officers. (Acts 65th Leg., R.S., Ch. 258, Secs. 23A(b), 23B(b).)
