Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1063.1175. Additional Powers Related to Indigent Health Care

In addition to the powers otherwise provided by this chapter, the district may exercise any power granted to a county or a public hospital by Sections 61.035, 61.057, 61.058, and 61.059, Health and Safety Code, as those sections existed on September 30, 2009, including the power to require a person to comply with a corresponding duty.
