Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1063.108. Takeover of Nonprofit Hospital Property

The district may take over and may accept title to land, buildings, improvements, and equipment of a nonprofit hospital in the district if the governing authority of the hospital and district agree to the transfer. (Acts 65th Leg., R.S., Ch. 258, Sec. 2 (part).)
