Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 1022.052. Notice of Election

At least 30 days before the date of an election of directors, notice of the election shall be published one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the district. (Acts 61st Leg., R.S., Ch. 444, Sec. 5(a) (part).)
