(a) A board meeting may be called by the president or a majority of the directors.
(b) Notice of the time and place of a board meeting must be given to each director not later than the seventh day before the time of the meeting.
(c) This section does not prevent the board from establishing by resolution a regular time and place for meetings for which special notice is not required. (Acts 60th Leg., R.S., Ch. 38, Sec. 3(b) (part).)
