Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - PARKS & WILD § 83.003. Wildlife-restoration Projects

The department shall establish and conduct cooperative wildlife-restoration projects under an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the States in wildlife-restoration projects, and for other purposes” (Public Law No. 415, 75th Congress). 1 The department shall comply with the act and rules and regulations promulgated under the act by the United States secretary of the interior.
