Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - PARKS & WILD § 83.001. Fish Restoration Projects

The department shall conduct and establish cooperative fish restoration projects under an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the States in fish restoration and management projects” (Public Law No. 681, 81st Congress). 1 The department shall comply with the act and rules and regulations promulgated under the act by the secretary of the interior.
