Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - PARKS & WILD § 82.202. Acceptance of Gifts

The department may accept gifts of land in Culberson and Hudspeth counties or money to be deposited in the game, fish, and water safety account. The gifts shall be used for the Texas Bighorn Sheep management unit.
