Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - PARKS & WILD § 81.006. Taking or Possessing Species from Wildlife Management Areas

No person may take or attempt to take or possess any wildlife or fish from a wildlife management area except in the manner and during the times permitted by the department under Subchapter E of this chapter.  1
