Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - PARKS & WILD § 47.077. Limit on Number of Licenses Held

(a) A person may not hold or directly or indirectly control more than three licenses issued under this subchapter.

(b) A license issued to a person other than an individual must designate an individual in whose name the license is issued.
