(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subtitle or any rule adopted
under this subtitle relating to unlawfully engaging in the practice of pharmacy or
unlawfully operating a pharmacy.
(b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates the licensing requirements
of this subtitle or Section 558.001, 558.002, or 560.002.
