Texas Occupations Code - OCC § 554.056. Rulemaking;  Addition of Flavoring to Commercial Product

The board may adopt rules governing the procedures for a pharmacist, as part of compounding, to add flavoring to a commercial product at the request of a patient or a patient's agent.
