Texas Occupations Code - OCC § 501.151. General Powers and Duties of Executive Council

(a) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., ch. 768 (H.B. 1501), § 2.113(4).

(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., ch. 768 (H.B. 1501), § 2.113(4).

(c) The executive council shall adopt and publish a code of ethics under this chapter.

(d) The executive council may certify the specialty of health service providers under this chapter.
