Within a reasonable time following the completion of a digitally prearranged ride, the transportation network company whose digital network was used to prearrange the ride shall transmit, through electronic mail or text message, a receipt to the passenger who requested the ride that includes:
(1) the origin and destination of the ride;
(2) the total time and distance of the ride; and
(3) an itemization of the total fare paid, if any.
