Texas Occupations Code - OCC § 2022.106. Public Inspection of Records

(a) All commission records that are not made confidential by other law are open to inspection by the public during regular office hours.

(b) The commission shall maintain all applications for a license under this subtitle and make the applications available for public inspection during regular office hours.
