Texas Occupations Code - OCC § 202.604. Civil Penalty: Use of Trade Name; Injunction

(a) A person who violates Section 202.352 or a rule adopted or a determination made by the commission under that section is subject to a civil penalty of not less than $50 or more than $500 for each day of violation.

(b) If it appears that a person has violated or is violating Section 202.352 or a rule adopted or determination made by the commission under that section, the department may institute a civil action in district court for:
