(a) The department may charge a fee to a person to purchase or borrow materials developed for the technician training program under Section 1951.351. The department shall set the fee in an amount that will recover the costs of the program.
(b) The department may charge a fee in an amount established by rule for each course considered for approval under Section 1951.352.
