Texas Occupations Code - OCC § 1701.166. Subpoena

(a) The commission may compel by subpoena the production for inspection or copying of a record described by Section 1701.162(a) that is relevant to the investigation of an alleged violation of this chapter or a commission rule.

(b) The commission, acting through the attorney general, may bring an action to enforce a subpoena issued under Subsection (a) against a person who fails to comply with the subpoena.

(c) Venue for an action brought under Subsection (b) is in a district court in:
