(a) The holder of a public secondary school license, public postsecondary school license, or private postsecondary school license:
(1) may provide instruction in the barbering or cosmetology services for which the license holder has been approved by the department; and
(2) may only employ to provide the instruction described by Subdivision (1) a person who holds a license issued under Subchapter E-1 1 to perform the acts of barbering or cosmetology for which the person will provide instruction.
(b) The department may take any disciplinary or other enforcement action against a person who violates Subsection (a)(2).
