The board shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the board. The board shall maintain information about:
(1) the parties to the complaint;
(2) the subject matter of the complaint;
(3) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and
(4) the disposition of the complaint.
