(a) An applicant applying for the first renewal of a sales agent license must provide to the commission satisfactory evidence of completion of at least 18 semester hours, or equivalent classroom hours, of qualifying real estate courses, including the hours required by Section 1101.455(e).
(b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 825, § 15.

(d) The commission may not waive the requirements for renewal under this section.
