Texas Natural Resources Code - NAT RES § 134.026. Monitoring, Reporting, and Inspections

(1) require monitoring and reporting;

(2) inspect surface coal mining and reclamation operations;

(3) require the maintenance of signs and markers; and

(4) take other actions necessary to:
