(a) Each report under this chapter must show the location, age, operational status, and current use of the quarry or pit to which the report applies, and the report form shall be concise and limited to the information necessary to effect the inventory, and be of not more than five pages, containing only the information prescribed in Section 133.046 of this code.
(b) Only a single report under this subchapter is required when joint owners or operators or a combination of either exists.
(c) Only a single report under this subchapter is required for each owner or operator having multiple pit locations within the state.
(d) Only one accurate report relating to each quarry or pit is required by this subchapter.
