Texas Natural Resources Code - NAT RES § 131.158. Denial of Application for Transfer

An application for transfer shall be denied if the applicant has had a permit issued under this chapter revoked or a bond posted to comply with this chapter forfeited, and the conditions causing the permit to be revoked or the bond to be forfeited have not been corrected to the satisfaction of the commission.
