Texas Natural Resources Code - NAT RES § 111.221. Complaints; Jurisdiction to Hear Complaints

Any person or the attorney general on behalf of the state may institute proceedings before the commission or apply for a hearing before the commission on any question relating to the enforcement of Subchapters C, D, and F of this chapter  1 and Sections 111.004, 111.025, 111.131 through 111.133, 111.136, 111.137, and 111.140 of this code, and the commission has jurisdiction to hear and determine these questions after giving proper notice as provided by law.
