Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 507.202. Payment in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes

In lieu of taxes, a spaceport development corporation shall pay to each political subdivision of this state in which land owned by the corporation is located an amount equal to the amount of ad valorem taxes that would be imposed on that land if the land were privately owned.
