(a) A park commissioner or employee of the board may not acquire a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any improvements, concessions, equipment, or business located in or related to a public park administered by the board.
(b) A park commissioner may not have a direct or indirect interest in a contract or proposed contract for construction, materials, or services in connection with or related to a park administered by the board.
