Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 302.008. Enforcement

(a) A contract entered into or an arrangement made in violation of this chapter is voidable as against public policy.

(b) This chapter may be enforced through an action for declaratory or injunctive relief filed not later than the 10th day after the date the contract is awarded.
