Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 135.156. County Jury Fund

Money allocated under Section 135.101 or 135.102 to the county jury fund maintained in the county treasury as required by Section 135.151 may be used by a county only to fund juror reimbursements and otherwise finance jury services.
