Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 130.907. Aid to State and Federal Agencies in County with Population of 22,050 to 23,000

In each county with a population of 22,050 to 23,000, the commissioners court may provide financial aid and facilities, as the court considers necessary, to a state or federal governmental agency or bureau that conducts activities or maintains projects within the county.
