Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 118.016. Bond Approval

The fee for “Bond Approval” under Section 118.011 is for approving bonds other than notarial bonds and bonds required to be approved in a county civil or criminal court or in a probate court. The fee must be paid at the time of approval.
