Texas Local Government Code - LOC GOV'T § 113.002. County Treasurer's Record of Receipts and Expenditures

The county treasurer shall keep an account of the receipts and expenditures of all money that the treasurer receives by virtue of the office and of all debts due to and owed by the county. The treasurer shall keep accurate, detailed accounts of all the transactions of the treasurer's office.
