Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 840.004. Designation of Authority to Sign Vouchers

The board of trustees shall file with the state comptroller of public accounts a duly attested copy of a board resolution that designates the authorized representatives, as provided by this chapter, who have authority to sign vouchers for payment from the funds administered by the board of trustees.
