Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 661.153. Transfer of Vacation Leave Balance

A state employee who transfers directly from one state agency to another is entitled to credit by the agency to which the employee transfers for the unused balance of the employee's accumulated vacation leave, if the employee's employment with the state is uninterrupted and if the employee is not paid for the leave under Section 661.062.
