Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 660.075. Aircraft Leased from Certain Persons

A key official, member of a board, or member of the legislature is entitled to reimbursement under this subchapter for use of an aircraft leased from a proprietorship, partnership, or corporation in which the official or member has an interest.
