Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 656.022. Submission of Job Information Forms

As soon as possible after a job vacancy occurs or is filled in Travis County in a state agency, the agency shall complete and deliver to the commission the appropriate information form prescribed by the commission and pertaining to the job vacancy or placement.
