(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall require the board or the board's designee to present a summary of any clinical efficacy and safety information or analyses regarding a drug under consideration for a preferred drug list the commission adopts under Subchapter E that is provided to the board by a private entity that contracted with the commission to provide the information. Confidential information described by Subchapter D must be omitted from the summary.
(b) The board or the board's designee shall provide the summary in electronic form before the public meeting at which consideration of the drug occurs.
(c) The summary must be posted on the commission's Internet website. (Gov. Code, Secs. 531.0736(b) (part), (j).)
