(a) The health and human services agencies, in cooperation with the commission, shall periodically set a goal for the number of potential cases of Medicaid fraud, waste, or abuse that each agency will attempt to identify and refer to the commission.
(b) The commission shall include in the report required by Section 544.0051(f) information on the health and human services agencies' goals and the success of each agency in meeting the agency's goal. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.105(b).)
