Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 543A.0103. Health Home Eligibility

(1) directly or indirectly provide enrollees or recipients who have a health home with access to health care services outside of regular business hours;

(2) educate those enrollees and recipients about the availability of health care services outside of regular business hours; and

(3) provide evidence satisfactory to the commission that the health home meets the requirement of Subdivision (1). (Gov. Code, Sec. 536.103.)
