Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 542.0112. Person-Centered Planning

The commission, in collaboration with the advisory committee and pilot program work group, shall ensure that each pilot program participant or the participant's legally authorized representative has access to a comprehensive, facilitated, person-centered plan that identifies outcomes for the participant and drives the development of the individualized budget. The consumer direction model must be an available option for a participant to achieve self-determination, choice, and control. (Gov. Code, Sec. 534.109.)
