Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 540A.0054. Managed Transportation Organization: Subcontract With Transportation Network Company

A managed transportation organization may subcontract with a transportation network company to provide services under this subchapter. A rule or other requirement the executive commissioner adopts under this subchapter or Subchapter H, Chapter 526, does not apply to the subcontracted transportation network company or a motor vehicle operator who is part of the company's network. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.00257(k) (part).)
