Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 540.0283. Nursing Facility Provider Agreements:  Compliance With Patient Care Expense Ratio

(a) A contract to which this subchapter applies must require that each provider agreement between the contracting Medicaid managed care organization and a nursing facility include a requirement that the facility comply with the patient care expense ratio adopted under Section 32.0286, Human Resources Code.

(b) This section does not apply to a state-owned facility.
