A Medicaid managed care organization, under the organization's pharmacy benefit plan required by Section 540.0273 in a contract to which this subchapter applies, may not prohibit, limit, or interfere with a recipient's selection of a pharmacy or pharmacist of the recipient's choice to provide pharmaceutical services under the plan by imposing different copayments. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.005(a)(23)(F).)
