Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 540.0257. Notice of Medicaid Certification Date

A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the commission to inform the contracting Medicaid managed care organization, on the date of a recipient's enrollment in a Medicaid managed care plan the organization issues, of the recipient's Medicaid certification date.
