Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 531.067. Program to Improve and Monitor Certain Outcomes of Recipients Under Child Health Plan Program and Medicaid

The commission may design and implement a program to improve and monitor clinical and functional outcomes of a recipient of services under Medicaid or the state child health plan program. The program may use financial, clinical, and other criteria based on pharmacy, medical services, and other claims data related to Medicaid or the child health plan program.
