The commission may not impose any condition on the reimbursement of a rural health clinic under the Medicaid program if the condition is more stringent than the conditions imposed by the Rural Health Clinic Services Act of 1977 (Pub. L. No. 95-210) or the laws of this state regulating the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or professional nursing.
