Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 526.0254. Requirements for Attorney General Notification

The commission's notification to the attorney general under Section 526.0252 or 526.0253 must include the facts on which the commission based the determination that the hospital failed to submit a report or failed to completely and accurately report information, as applicable. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.551(e).)
